The weekend is a great time for relaxing. So we can leave those couch potatoes at home while we use this opportunity to get a little bit stronger, and a little bit better. This class is mostly body weight, and is designed to allow partners to workout with one another. We focus the upper body on Saturday and lower body on Sunday, but we get a full body workout both days.

In this circuit-style class, you’ll move through themed Circuit Clusters using a variety of equipment—kettlebells, dumbbells, ropes, and more! Each cluster targets a different muscle group, allowing you to focus on building full-body strength while working up a good sweat.

  • Moderate Intensity: Perfect for all fitness levels, whether you’re just starting out or already experienced.
  • Strength-Focused: Designed to help you feel stronger and more confident in your body.
