The weekend is a great time for relaxing. So we can leave those couch potatoes at home while we use this opportunity to get a little bit stronger, and a little bit better. This class is mostly body weight, and is designed to allow partners to workout with one another. We focus the upper body on Saturday and lower body on Sunday, but we get a full body workout both days.
The Morning Mystery is Exactly that! A Mystery! Could be a HIIT workout, Boot Camp, Circuit, TRX, Kettlebell, Tires, Core/Abs, Strength, Flexibility/Mobility or any number of other options. Coach Kris has an extensive background in alternative methods of training which is perfect to switch up the monotony of doing the same classes every day!
