I’ve been involved in dance and fitness my entire life and have been teaching dance for over 20 years. After my husband and I purchased the gym, I wanted to bring my passion for dance into the fitness space by creating group classes that are fun, energetic, and effective. That vision led to my Cardio Hip-Hop Remix class—where dance meets high-energy cardio for a workout that feels more like a party than a routine. My goal is to help people move, sweat, and build confidence while enjoying every step of the journey.
