I have been involved in fitness for most of my life. At a young age, I began taking gymnastics classes. As I got older, I spent more and more time at the gym intensifying my workouts. Throughout this training, I learned a lot about the best ways to strengthen and condition my body and improve my fitness level. Ultimately my hard work was rewarded with a full athletic scholarship and a spot on the Michigan State Women’s gymnastics team. After college, I wanted to try to stay in shape, so I started taking aerobics classes. I enjoyed the fun atmosphere of classes and decided that I’d like to become an instructor. I have now been teaching over 30 years, and I enjoy finding new ways to help members challenge themselves. Come give one of my classes a try!!
