Hello! I’m Sierra, a Yoga and Zumba instructor who has always loved staying active and being involved in sports. My fitness journey began 9 years ago when I found movement that not only made me feel connected to my body but also gave me the satisfaction of a great workout. This led me to both yoga and Zumba, two practices that bring joy, strength, and balance to my life.
Yoga has been a transformative part of my journey for the past 9 years. After earning my certification from YogaLife Institute 6 years ago, I’ve focused on teaching functional and attainable movement that fosters self-awareness and opens the mind to new possibilities. My goal is to help others discover the incredible benefits of slowing down, turning inward, and finding alignment—both on and off the mat.
At the same time, my love for dance has fueled my passion for Zumba. I’ve been teaching Zumba for 9 years, and there’s nothing I enjoy more than sharing the energy and excitement that comes from moving to the beat. Zumba is all about having fun, letting loose, and feeling the music while still getting an amazing workout.
